ORDERING FROM NORTH AMERICA

Biosoft programs can be ordered online, by fax, or by email or from our authorized US agent.

We accept payment by Visa / Mastercard / American Express. When ordering you must supply the card number, expiry date, security code from the back of the card, the cardholder's name as it appears on the card and the full billing address for the cardholder as well as the delivery address if applicable. Please complete all your details in the forms provided.

All orders are fulfilled online. You will be emailed a code which allows access to download the program files and the manual in Adobe .pdf format from the Biosoft website. Whilst we endeavor to process all orders within 24 hours, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed.

You can also receive the program as hard copy (printed manual + disk/CD). Please note there is an additional charge for this (see order form for details). Please allow up to 28 days to receive hard copy.

All orders placed here are automatically sent to info@biosoft.com when the 'submit' button is pressed. You will receive an automated message confirming that your order has been sent. Biosoft will then contact you with your download instructions once the order has been processed.
