The User Manual with its Tutorial(s) plus the Help file that is supplied with every Biosoft program should be used to learn how to use the program. It may also be necessary to consult the appropriate scientific literature to provide a background to the methods used by the software. The more information that you can provide the easier it will be for us to answer the query. For data analysis programs it will usually be helpful to enter your raw data into the Biosoft program then save a program file and send it as an email attachment together with your question.
